Describing himself as “digital, connected and enjoying creativity and innovation”, Glen is the Chief Technology Officer of SPH Media. Well-respected by his peers in the industry, he founded CIO Academy Asia and IDeationEdgeAsia, served as the President of both for 4 and 5 years respectively. He is currently the ICT Programme Advisory Chairman for the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and also serves as a member of the President’s Technology Award Committee and as a Mentor at the Center of Technology Management for Columbia University (NYC). Glen is a director on the Board of Fastco Pte Ltd and Straits Digital Pte Ltd.

Adhunik is Managing Director for Technology Infrastructure at United Overseas Bank (UOB) where he plays a key role in ramping up the bank's cloud capabilities. With over 20 years of IT experience, Adhunik has worked for some of the largest technology and financial services companies, managing diverse portfolios across Product Engineering, IT Infrastructure, large-scale online services as well as cloud services.

Alvin is responsible for driving the IT agenda across NTU, which is ranked 11th globally in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings in 2019. Working closely with the NTU senior management team, his team provides systems and technology solutions to drive and support university-wide initiatives across the academic, research and administrative domains.

Alvin has 20 years’ experience in healthcare IT, spanning major healthcare organisations such as SingHealth and National Healthcare Group, developing new healthcare facilities such as Changi General Hospital and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and serving as CIO for Alexandra Health System. Active in professional associations and voluntary work, he has served as President of IT Management Association (ITMA) and is currently the IT Committee chairperson of HCA Hospice Care, Singapore’s largest home hospice care provider. In 2018, he was elected as a fellow of the Singapore Computer Society.

Bala is a strong advocate of technology as an enabler of business, and pursues innovation as a passion. As Chief Information Officer of Kuok Singapore Limited (KSL), he oversaw the IT digital transformation for the group. He has more than 20 years of global IT experience, having worked in the USA, UAE, UK, India, Malaysia and Singapore, with a primary focus on shipping.

With 20 years in cybersecurity, Boris has led cybersecurity practices for firms large and small, ranging from banks to e-commerce businesses and social networks. Most recently, as Global CISO for 9,000 employees at Global Fashion Group, he built a global security team across South-east Asia, Russia, Latin America, Middle East and Australia. He also wears proudly the battle scars of 15 years of paragliding competition.

As Singtel’s Head, Technology Infrastructure, Caleb looks after the Group Technology Infrastructure, including automation like AIOPs, DevOps, CI/CD and Cloud across both Singtel and Optus to support the various digital transformation and agile tribes and swats.

Prior to this, Caleb has served as VP and Head of Technology & Operations in NTUC Income, and spent 10 years with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). In these capacities, he oversaw shared IT services, IT service management, enterprise architecture, IT security, cyber defense, investment IT, data warehouse, big data analytics, digitalisation projects, as well as implementation and operations of various civil service-wide shared IT services. He has also served as the Ministry CIO at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education.

Currently the Global CISO at Dyson, Chin Kiat is responsible for securing Dyson’s Enterprise, Product Innovation and Manufacturing functions. Previously, he was the CISO at DHL Express, in charge of developing and delivering IT security and data protection strategies for the company’s operations across 220 countries and territories. He has over 20 years of IT experience spanning the technology, logistics, oil and gas, as well as finance industries, with a strong focus on information/cyber security, risk and compliance, data protection, business continuity, and transforming cyber security pragmatically for multinational organisations. He speaks regularly on cyber security best practices on the CXO level, and is passionate about promoting cyber security maturity and ecosystems within his professional network.

Danny is the VP and CIO for JCET Group. In this role, he oversees all aspects of information technology, security, factory automation and digital transformation for the group. He has over 23 years’ experience in the IT industry and has held various management positions before joining JCET Group. Additionally, Danny has been through several rounds of mergers and acquisitions as the Chief Information Integration Officer.  He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University.

Deny leads Asia Pulp and Paper’s Corporate IT team for Indonesia and Rest of the world, covering headquarters/mills/regions and 27 international branch offices worldwide. He is also Head of Global IT Infrastructure and Security (CISO) and leads the Digital Transformation (Automation) department.

With 28 years’ experience as Head of IT or CIO for MNCs such as Lear Automotive, Microsoft, Polycom and Telstra, Deny is well-versed in all aspects of Information Technology Management. He was identified for the Microsoft ExPo (Extra Potential) program and voted as Gold Star Awards winner two years in a row while he was Head of IT for APAC and GCR with Microsoft Asia Pacific.

Derek Gooh is the Chief Information Security Officer at the Government Technology Agency of Singapore. Derek has over 19 years of experience in his career devoted to Information Security, and currently oversees the information security function of the cluster of agencies under the Prime Minister’s Office. Derek holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Manchester.

Jeremy is the Chief Customer & Operations Officer of AXA Singapore. He plays a key role in organisational transformation by providing focused leadership in technology, digital, data, operations and marketing. Prior to AXA, he spent one year in NTUC Enterprise driving strategic projects and more than four years in NTUC Income leading digital innovations and technology risk management including cyber security. He also spent eight years in SCS and NCS managing large IT outsourcing projects for global and regional banks. Jeremy started his career in the civil service, where he held several management positions including CIO of the Ministry of the Environment and Chief Engineer of National Environment Agency.

Joseph is currently the CISO of the Ministry of Transport of Singapore. His current focus is leading the ministry and its agencies in establishing security policies and standards to elevate its cybersecurity position. Prior to joining the Public Service, he was in Group Internal Audit with Standard Chartered Bank and Risk & Controls with Citibank where he oversaw risk management of business lines and technology solutions across 13 countries for Cash, Trade and Equities.

Joshua oversees the IT Infrastructure and software systems at Challenger Technologies Limited Group. With over 30 years of experience in IT systems, he is instrumental in the development of the group’s Enterprise Resource Planning and Point of Sales systems as well as the online marketplace, Hachi.tech. His team has migrated the group’s infrastructure and systems to the cloud since 2015 and continues to explore cutting-edge technologies to be deployed for offline-online shopping.

Yaw Yee is responsible for the IT strategy, IT infrastructure, systems and applications required to support StarHub’s business growth and customer goals. Prior to joining StarHub, Yaw Yee has held leadership roles in multinational companies like Accenture, Hewlett-Packard and AsiaInfo. With over 24 years of experience in IT and consulting, he has consistently delivered large-scale transformational programmes for local and regional clients, using different methodologies and technology solutions.

Ken has extensive experience in technology strategy and digital transformation which spans most major cities in the Asia Pacific. He has held key appointments in various business sectors such as pharmaceuticals, consulting practices, global online procurement, as well as in retail and distribution, where he is currently part of the company’s strategic leadership committee. Ken is passionate about advocating sustainable development goals, and actively engages with social enterprises.

Shih Hsien is currently responsible for managing the cyber and physical security risks for the SP Group, which owns and operates electricity and gas transmission and distribution businesses in Singapore and Australia. Prior to joining SP, Shih Hsien headed the information security and data privacy functions for The Hong Kong Jockey Club. He was also a member of the MOH Holdings Pte Ltd management team that was responsible for establishing the security technical architecture and policies for Singapore’s National Electronic Health Record (NEHR).  Shih Hsien has also previously held senior positions in Singapore Airlines and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.

Linus is the Group Chief Information Officer of Parkway Pantai Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad – one of the largest healthcare groups in the world. Beyond overseeing the group’s IT operations, Linus plays a key role in the strategic development of its IT projects and infrastructure, readying the organisation for the digital revolution in the healthcare sector. He is particularly keen in seeking out innovative new digital technologies or ways to transform healthcare and how it is delivered via these technologies.

Jin Gee leads SMRT’s digital efforts in support of the organisation’s mission of reliability, sustainability and continuous improvement. The Digital Office focuses on transformation by deriving company-wide efficiency and efficacy gains through organisational design, infocommunications technology enablement, process improvement and change management, while ensuring the organisation remains cyber-safe. A two-time Olympian, Jin Gee extends his passion of service by volunteering in the local sports scene, his alma mater and church.

Peter is the Chief Information Officer and Group Director, Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Digital Services, of Land Transport Authority. He oversees the organisation’s digital transformation, including digitalisation of business processes, big data analytics, critical information infrastructure cybersecurity, implementation and operation of mission-critical ICT/OT systems, and technology exploitation. Peter has over 20 years of industry experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, governance, cybersecurity, and critical ICT operations.

As a passionate transformational leader at HEINEKEN with an agile and customer-centric mindset, Ralph creates business value by focussing on innovation and growth additional to efficiency and effectiveness. He drives digital transformation in Asia Pacific end-to-end across the entire value chain, based on a highly integrated approach of transformation, digital and technology. Before joining HEINEKEN in 2019, Ralph spent 18 years in the automotive industry as senior leader at Daimler/Mercedes-Benz where he also built up a state-of-the-art Digital Solution Centre in Singapore.

Rao is Deputy Chief Executive Officer & COO at Infosys Compaz Pte Ltd, appointed to further the mandate of the Temasek Holdings and Infosys Corporation joint venture in marketing and delivering next-generation digital services to regional clients. Prior to this, Rao has also served as Global Chief Information Officer (GCIO) at Neptune Orient Liner (NOL) Pte Ltd, Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Stone Apple, Global Chief Information Officer (GCIO) at GLOBALFOUNDRIES Inc., Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Chartered Semiconductors, as well as undertaken a series of roles at Philips Group of Companies in Malaysia, India and Asia Pacific.

Riccardo is currently the Asia CIO of JCDecaux, the world’s largest out-of-home advertising company. Previously, he was a partner in a startup, which he helped expand across Europe to become the most important distributor and service provider of a leading ERP solution on the continent. Subsequently, he took regional leadership roles in Asia for American and European companies, including that of CIO of a top sporting equipment provider.

Rowena Yeo serves as Chief Technology Officer & Vice President, Technology Services for Johnson & Johnson globally, responsible for delivering new levels of innovation and operational excellence to the enterprise. Rowena is a firm believer that technology is an enabler for growth, agility and improving healthcare outcomes. Rowena is a member of J&J’s Technology Leadership Team, serves on J&J Global Data Science council and co-sponsors J&J Intelligent Automation Council.

Prior to J&J, Rowena has served as Global CIO for the Agricultural Procession & Trading Enterprise of Cargill, Inc and concurrently as CIO, Asia Pacific Region. Sam is the Head of Information Technology for Hyflux Ltd, providing strategic leadership in the planning, development and maintenance of the group’s IT infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity. With more than 20 years of varied IT leadership and regional experience, he has worked in both the vendor space as well as end-user environment across multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution and retail. Sam is also a member of IT Management Association (ITMA).

As Global CIO, Choo Tatt drives INSEAD’s overall IT strategy. This includes implementing a Digital Transformation 2023 roadmap, which aims to transform business education by applying technology in agile, pragmatic and innovative ways. INSEAD, the Business School for the World, is one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools. With campuses in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, INSEAD’s business education and research spans three continents. Choo Tatt was previously Senior Vice President in Technology Group at GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund for over 20 years, overseeing areas including enterprise applications, IT infrastructure and business partnership. He successfully led GIC’s digital transformation program from 2015 to 2018.

With more than 20 years of experience in Information Security within the financial services industry under his belt, Yong Seng is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for FairPrice, FoodFare, Kopitiam & Link. Prior to this, Yong Seng concurrently held the roles of Head, Ministry Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) as well as Ministry CISO, Prime Minister Office Cluster. He also maintains several professional security certifications, including CISSP, CISM and CSSLP, and enjoys reading and catching up with the latest tech trends.

Ms Tinku Gupta is the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the SGX Executive Management Committee. She is responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of the company’s technology-related strategies and initiatives, as well as the operations of the SGX Technology environment. In her time at SGX, she has successfully led technology, business integration and programme management functions, and implemented trading and clearing platforms while driving operational resilience and innovation programmes. She also headed SGX’s market data and connectivity business, establishing new co-location and index business lines.

Bee Leng is the Ministry Chief Information Security Officer for the Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth overseeing security governance of the Ministry and its statutory boards. Bee Leng has more than 10 years of experience in various security domains, including security policy development, security management and governance, security risk assessment, security consultancy and critical infocomm infrastructures (CII). Prior to her role as CISO, Bee Leng oversaw key security initiatives for agencies and was involved in developing security policies for the government.

In his capacity as Chief IT Officer of the National University of Singapore, Tommy spearheads the IT development and digital transformation for education, research and administration. On top of a Teaching Excellence Award from NUS for the use of IT in teaching, he was also honoured with the CIO Asia Award in 2008. More recently, he was conferred the National Day Award 2017, the Public Administration Medal (Silver), and has been instrumental in transforming the IT landscape of the University. His current work includes IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics and applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Venkatesh is the Global CISO of Olam International, where he is responsible for all aspects of the security program – Plan, Build and Operate covering more than 250 locations across 70 countries. With over 25 years of experience in information security and management, he has worked in Fortune 50 companies globally, in critical sectors including finance and telecommunications. He has also undertaken roles such as Global CISO and Business Continuity Head of a leading US based mortgage servicer and CISO of a major telecommunications company, also heading its Business Continuity and Privacy offices. He has been a speaker at many security events globally and received several awards for information security.

In his role at at Banyan Tree Holdings Limited, Vinod brings with him four and a half years of digital growth and expansion in business environments with in-place IT governance and cyber security controls. This adds to more than 20 years of senior management and hands-on experience in the technology field for hospitality and travel industry. As a tech leader, he focuses on enabling operations and environments with enterprise systems to adopt cloud, mobile and cyber security governance to foster new technologies.

Teck Guan is a conscious leader and digital evangelist, whose experience lies in driving the organisation’s digital acumen to transform the business landscape and drive revenue. His illustrious resume includes being Chairman of the SPD Fund Raising Committee, alongside positions on numerous councils and boards including Singapore Computer Society, SPD Board, NVPC Digital Innovation, Oracle Support Council, Huawei Advisory Board, FireEye APAC Customer Advisory Board, Certis-Cisco Advisory Council, iShineCloud Technology Advisory Panel and Information Technology Management Association (ITMA).
